Keynote Speeches
Zak Dychtwald is a globally-recognized expert on US-China dynamics. He speaks to both US-based and China-based teams – separately or together, and has been invited to give keynote speeches on six continents for the world’s leading executives, investors, and political leaders.
Why Cross-Geography, Not Cross-Culture?
Culture is only one part of the US-China collaborative mix. Often, the “culture problem” is used when an organization feels there is a teamwork problem between offices that cannot be solved. Our extensive research has shown that effective collaboration means bridging disparate languages, processes, time zones, and – finally – cultures.
TRUSTED CLIENTS
Better collaboration means better business results, deeper trust, and higher quality of life.
